A recognised international quality brand Hotel group is looking for an Executive Chef for one of their prime business Hotels located in Tokyo Japan.
This 800+ room hotel with 7 outlets including a 1Michelin Star restuarant plus busy banqueting and events requires a very strong and organised Executive Chef to take charge of the operation.
Ideally this would suit a Japanese national with experience in international brand large volume Hotels or an Expat Exec Chef with experience in Japan.
